New Jersey District 12 Tournament of Champions Rules:

Suggested regular season first place team on May 15.
Regular season rules: no inning may start after 1:50 min except for Championship game.
Tournament will utilize the "15 run rule".
All games must be played to a winner.
Tournament will utilize continuous batting order.
Participating leagues must submit all major league rosters to Championship Host and Tournament Coordinator at May Presidents meeting.
Player Pool permitted but those players are not eligible to pitch.
Scheduled finalized and bracket draw at May Presidents meeting.
Leagues must have approved Safety Plan to Host Games.
Host league provides two uniformed adult umpires and teams share the cost: $40 each at all fields.
All teams provide Wilson 1074 baseballs.
Coin flip to determine home/away, Home team in 1st base dugout, Away team in 3rd base dugout.
League Presidents serves as site Game Director.
The prior year TOC Champion hosts the championship round and their President serves as Tournament Coordinator.
The District will provide a Tournament of Champions Banner and Pins for championship round participants.
